RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
1. General Policy
Due to the intimate and consumable nature of our fragrances, all general sales are strictly final. We only offer returns, refunds, or exchanges if a product arrives physically damaged, leaking, defective, or if you receive the incorrect item.
2. 48-Hour Eligibility & Claim Process
You must contact our customer support team within 48 hours of the official delivery timestamp to report an issue. To be eligible for a resolution, the product must be unused, in its original unopened packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To verify your claim, you must provide:
- Mandatory Unboxing Video: A continuous video starting clearly from the sealed shipping package.
- Supporting Media: Clear, unedited photos or videos showing the damaged product and the original shipping materials.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- For strict hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or process refunds for
- Used perfumes or opened bottles.
- A personal dislike of the scent (as fragrance preference is subjective). Note: If the variant received is entirely different from your order, an exchange will be provided.
4. Approvals & Refunds
- Please do not ship any items back to us without prior authorization and instructions from our support team.
- Once your claim and evidence are approved, we will promptly arrange a replacement or a refund.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original mode of payment and may take 3–7 working days to reflect, depending on your bank.
