• Mandatory Unboxing Video: To help us verify the condition of the delivery, a continuous unboxing video starting clearly from the sealed package is mandatory for all damage-related claims.
• Supporting Documentation: Along with your unboxing video, you must provide clear, unedited photographic or video evidence of both the damaged product and the original shipping packaging.
• Shipping Coordination & Returns: Please do not send any items back to us without prior approval. If your specific case requires the item to be returned, our support team will provide you with specific authorization and shipping instructions.
• Prompt Resolution: Once your claim and evidence are reviewed and approved, we will immediately arrange for a replacement or a full refund to make things right.
